 For generations, suits have represented leadership in rooms where women were rarely invited. Pajama Power flips that narrative, creating a space where girls feel comfortable enough to dream big and bold enough to lead fearlessly.

Through interactive panels, creative experiences, and real stories from women leaders, this program inspires girls to believe in their power and embrace their potential.  In a relaxed, pajama-themed setting, girls engage in dynamic panels, innovative activities, and authentic conversations with trailblazing women. Pajama Power isn’t just a program. It’s a movement to prepare the next generation of leaders.

 Girls will learn the basics of good manners, such as greetings, introductions, table manners, and polite conversation skills. In addition, they will learn effective communication techniques, including active listening, expressing oneself clearly and respectfully, and resolving conflicts peacefully. We will teach the importance of responsible and respectful behavior on social media platforms. We will also emphasize the need to think before posting, avoid cyberbullying, and maintain a positive online presence. Educate girls about the importance of being responsible digital citizens.  

 The goal of this program is to create a powerful network of mentors, advocates, and allies who champion girls’ success. We believe every girl deserves guidance and support as she navigates her journey of personal and professional growth. Through meaningful connections and mentorship, we help girls unlock opportunities and build confidence.
